Shipping from United States

Fed Ex or UPS ground services are what I use to ship. Items are shipped only after full payment is received.

Refunds

Any custom pieces containing names and/or numbers/letters CANNOT be returned. For other items you'll have two weeks from the date of delivery to notify me of any returns and an additional two weeks after notification to return the item UNDAMAGED. Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility. After I receive the returned item I will issue a refund of the purchase price less the original cost to ship.

We love that this arrow was made in Kansas (our home state). We noticed the artist can customize pieces to make them even more one of a kind, so we had the Wichita, KS symbol added. He even customized the dimensions so that it would fit in the space we wanted it to hang. We had it shipped to our home in Colorado and it arrived within the week in excellent packaging. We love how it looks on our wall! Definitely recommending this shop to friends and family.

Great piece. Well made and looks great. I'm very happy. It was easy to nail it to the wall with the nails included. I did not need any anchors or other hanging hardware because it's so light weight.
